Certain homes in Broward County are still underwater. Some factors are due to the time frame a person purchased their property. Other factors, are divorce, death, disability and employment. The years 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 are the peak years for real estate in selling the highest priced homes.
It is now 10 years later and we are living in 2015. As we look at the Inventory and Sales graph in Broward County, our numbers show we are today at the top of 2004 and almost into 2005. Right now the market is not having the same upward climbing swing that we started to see back in 2005. Our values are more stabilized.
