Pine Island Park event starts at 10 a.m. with a free family splash pool party. A DJ will be spinning tunes poolside. In addition, there will be an arts and crafts show and World War I and II military tank, jeep and equipment show. Purchase food or bring your own; grills and tables are available.  Shadow Creek will kick off the evening festivities at 6 p.m. in the ball fields. Kids can enjoy bounce houses, climbing wall and free birthday cake. fireworks are at 9 p.m. Pine Island Park, 3800 SW 92nd Ave

From Sunrise

The BankAtlantic Center event is free and open to the public and will include food and beverage vendors, a sponsor tent area, a family fun zone with bounce houses, games, face painters, jugglers, etc., the VIP Tent, live music including Alternative rockers Sister Hazel, along with rock act Jacob Jeffries Band beginning at 6 p.m., a fireworks show  begins at 9:00 p.m.

From Fort Lauderdale Beach

Enjoy Fort Lauderdale Beach! A DJ will be entertaining with contests and games start at 1 p.m. on Southeast Fifth Street and A1A. A water balloon toss and hula-hoop contest will be part of the fun. Music will be provided by Storm Riders at 4:30 p.m. and The Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. The fireworks show begins at 9:00 p.m.  from a barge off A1A and Las Olas Boulevard.

Miramar

Miramar Regional Park will feature No Mercy on stage when this celebration begins at 6 p.m. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Bring lawn chairs and blankets. Miramar Regional Park, 16801 Miramar Parkway . The fireworks start at 9:00 p.m.
 
Hallandale 
 
Gulfstream Park’s celebration startin at 4:00 PM at 901 S Federal Highway  with pony rides, bounce houses and slides. Rough Shot Band will play music. There will also be sweet treats and barbecue as well as the All-American Buffet in Ten Palms. The fireworks start at 9:00 p.m.
